At Solsis we can proudly say this did not affect our service, ALL of our engineers where able to work from home and the office (where they could get in) and have full access to our internal systems and intern our customers system via remote access.

Using Solsis GUARDIANtalk VOIP technology calls where seamlessly re-routed to engineers who had full functionality including call transfer, conferencing and all the other features you’d expect in the office. In addition, our web based managed services applications allowed us to access customer servers and desktops without interruption.

With more extreme weather on the way we are happy to say that the service we provide can keep running as long as you need us to.

Please visit www.solsis.co.uk for more information about all the services we can provide.
